Initial clean up:
• $60 Minimum Charge: Includes up to 60 minutes of clean-up.
Additional Time: $1.00 per minute after the first 60 minutes.
What to Expect

We use a timer to track the clean-up time, ensuring you only pay for what’s needed.

If extra time is required, we’ll invoice you for the additional cost after the job is complete.

Most initial clean-ups are covered by the minimum charge. Larger properties, big dogs, long grass, snow or if it’s been a long time since it’s been cleaned up, can take upwards of 2 to 4 hours on occasion.
